Introducing everything you can do with Atmoph Window Yo

Atmoph Window Yo is a new kind of “window” that makes the time you spend in your room much, much better.

It doesn’t just show you views from around the world — it displays the weather and your schedule, quietly turns itself on at set times, and gently fits into your daily life. In this article, we’ll introduce everything Atmoph Window Yo can do (as of June 2026).

Some features have usage requirements, so we’ve labeled them as follows:

1. Basic Controls

You can operate Atmoph Window Yo in three ways:

Buttons on the Device
The buttons on the side of the device let you perform basic operations like turning the power on/off and switching views.

Smartphone App
Your smartphone becomes a remote control. From selecting views to adjusting settings, everything can be done right from your hand without leaving the sofa.

Atmoph Scope, the Dedicated Controller
A telescope-shaped controller made just for Yo. Peering into the window through it is a fun way to interact that’s unique to Yo (more on this later).

2. Enjoying Views

Views can be purchased individually as one-time purchases, or you can enjoy all views with our subscription plan, “Limitless.”

Views from Around the World
Display views from over 50 countries. These are original Atmoph videos shot on location by our videographers, complete with ambient sounds of each place — crashing waves, birdsong, and more. Close your eyes, and you’ll feel like you’re really there.

Live Streaming [Partially Limitless Only]
Enjoy real-time views of Tokyo, Chiba, Karuizawa, Kyoto, and more. If the sky is cloudy over there, it’s cloudy in your window too. We recommend the live views of Tokyo Tower “right now” from the radio station J-WAVE and the restaurant Tawashita.

Worlds of Film, Games, and Art [Sold Separately]
Display views from DEATH STRANDING, STAR WARS, artists’ works, and more. Bring the scenery of your favorite stories to the wall of your own room.

Soundscape
Play ambient music that matches the view.

User Views / Uploads [Partially Limitless Only]
Upload views you’ve filmed yourself. You can also watch views uploaded by other users (a selection only). Bring your travel memories home with you — it’s an experience we highly recommend. Note: Upload frequency varies depending on your Limitless subscription status.

Bring the View Home with a Virtual Window

Decorations
Change the design of the window frame. Redecorate the whole window to match the style of your room.

Panorama Mode
Link multiple Atmoph Windows together to display a single view stretched wide across them — up to 5 units. A dynamic view unfolds across your entire wall.

3. Finding and Learning About Views

With over 2,000 views to choose from, searching for “the view you want to see right now” is part of the fun of this window.

Views Page
Browse by categories such as “Newest,” “Popular,” “Serendipity,” “Recommended Spots,” “User Views,” “Edition Pass,” and “Countries & Regions.”

Map
Choose views from a globe-like map. Spinning the globe and wondering, “Maybe Morocco next?” — that moment of indecision is part of the joy.

View Detail Pages
When you find a view that catches your eye, you can learn more about it on its detail page:

Check the filming location on a map
See the videographer who filmed it
Follow tags to discover similar views
Like it (add to favorites)
Add it to a playlist
Shopping: Purchase items related to the view (select views only)
Exclude from Auto: Remove specific views from automatic playback

Ask [Partially Limitless Only]
Curious about something in the view you’re watching — “What’s that building?” — just ask the AI. It’s like having a guide standing right on the other side of the window.

4. Organizing Views and Switching Automatically

Playlists [Partially Limitless Only]
Gather your favorite views and create your own playlists to play back. “Views for rainy days,” “Views that help me focus,” “Places I’ve been” — how you organize them is up to you. Limitless subscribers can create up to 50 playlists; non-subscribers, up to 3. Each playlist can hold up to 20 views.

Favorites
Like the views you love and revisit them all in one place later. Liking views also makes similar views more likely to appear in Auto mode.

Auto [Limitless Only]
For when you want to leave the view selection up to the window. Views switch automatically.

Match the Time of Day: Switches to views suited to morning, daytime, evening, and night
Match the Season: Switches to seasonal views like cherry blossoms or autumn leaves

6. Displaying Information (Widgets & Apps)

The window can also be a place for the information in your daily life. Here’s what you can display overlaid on your view:

Displays the date and time.

Weather
Displays today’s weather, hourly forecasts, and the weekly forecast.

Calendar
Syncs with Google Calendar to display your schedule.

Wall-Mount Google Calendar with Atmoph Window

Today
Brings together the date and time, weather, and today’s schedule in a single display. See your whole day at a glance while getting ready in the morning.

View Details
Displays the country, region, and view title, along with the number of concurrent viewers (how many people are watching the same view right now). Somewhere in the world, someone else is gazing at the same waterfall. It’s a feature that gives you a warm little feeling.

7. Automating Your Daily Routine

Daily Routines
Automatically run up to 16 of the following actions at set days and times. For example: at 7 a.m. on weekdays, the power turns on, Today appears, and a birdsong alarm rings. You can build a morning like that.

Atmoph Scope [Sold Separately]
A telescope-shaped controller made exclusively for Atmoph Window Yo. Peer through it like a telescope to zoom in on part of the view. It’s that feeling of standing by the window with binoculars in hand. Also required for playing games.

Suika Game
Play the hit game Suika Game® right inside your window. Atmoph Scope is required to play.

9. Expanding with Optional Modules

Atmoph Window Yo can be extended with optional modules that add new capabilities to your window.

Wood Speaker Box [Sold Separately]
A speaker module that adds power and presence to the sound. Enjoy the sounds of your views with greater richness.

Sunlight Bar [Sold Separately]
A light module that illuminates the windowsill area. Use it alongside your views to set the mood of your room.

Charging Sill [Sold Separately]
The window’s bottom frame (sill) becomes a wireless charging pad. Just place your smartphone or Atmoph Scope on it to charge — a module that feels wonderfully true to the windowsill.
